In this ever-changing, high-demand field, BSC’s Web Page Development and Design program offers students training in Web languages, Adobe Creative Suite software, Search Engine Optimization and e-commerce development. Enrollment options include a one-year Certificate or two-year degree.

The Security and Hacking courses will give students practical Linux experience. Also included are courses that expand students’ knowledge in information security, providing them with the principles, technologies, and practices to secure computers and networks.

These courses will give learners a background in the Python language for computer programming, including fundamentals, logic development, top down program design, and application creation.

Offensive and Defensive Security courses cover digital forensics, installing, configuring, and managing firewalls. A student in a cybersecurity, website design, or other technology program can easily add the Mobile Application Development certificate to their education plan and prepare for a specialized, high-demand technology career. A professional already working in the technology industry may only need a few credits to complete the certificate and expand their skillset – making them more valuable to their employer and more marketable in the industry.

Cybersecurity Fundamentals Program Certificate is a knowledge-based curriculum that validates the learner’s understanding of fundamental cybersecurity, network security, cloud security, SOC security, information security, and networking. Learners will identify and protect against cyberattacks by understanding the fundamentals, principles, and concepts of cybersecurity. They will learn how to create interfaces, security zones, authentication, and policies — all for next generation firewalls.

Computer Networking courses will provide the learner with the fundamentals of computer networking, including the practical and conceptual skills needed to understand basic networking, build simple local area networks, perform basic device configurations, implement IP address schemes, and configure and troubleshoot routers and switches.
